Material: Paton's Canadiana, 2 - 3oz. balls.
Hook Size: H/8-5.00 MM
Gauge: Measures 2.5" over first 2 rnds.
Finished Size: Both measure approximately 13.5" in diameter when laying flat. For the small, the measurements around the head are approximately 19" and for the large 21" but both will stretch a bit.

Ch 4, join with sl st to form ring

Rnd 1: Ch 1, work 6 sc into ring, join with sl st.

Rnd 2: Ch 3 (counts as first dc), dc in same st, ch 3, *2 dc in next st, ch 3, repeat from * around, join with sl st.

Rnd 3: Ch 1, sk first st, sc in sp before next st, *5 dc in center ch of next ch-3 lp,** sk next st, sc in sp before next st, repeat from * around ending at **, join with sl st.
