Eye Mask

Material: Red Heart Comfort, or any worsted weight yarn.
Hook Size: H/8-5.00 MM

Note: This pattern is worked in a continuous rounds. To keep track of each round place a stitch marker either at the last st of each rnd.

Make Two.

Make a magic circle.

Rnd 1: Ch 1, work 8 sc into magic circle, pull tight.

Rnd 2: 2 sc in each sc. (16 sc)

Rnd 3: *Sc in next st, 2 sc in next st, repeat from * all around. (24 sc)

Rnd 4: *Sc in next 2 sts, 2 sc in next st, repeat from * all around. (32 sc)

Rnd 5: Sc in next 2 sts, sk next st, 5 hdc in next st, *sk next st, sc in next st, sk next st, 5 hdc in next st, repeat from * all around.

String: Sk next st, sl st into next st, ch 45, working in back loops, sc in second ch from hook and in each ch, join with sl st to corresponding sc. Fasten off.

Attaching the two pieces:

Take one eye piece and join yarn to sc on opposite side of string, ch 1, sl st into corresponding sc on second eye piece, ch 1, sl st into same sc as where you joined the yarn on the first eye piece.
